

"Louise undertook a 3 day programme for a group of 15 managers. The main objectives being to team build and raise awareness of their own personal styles and impact. All three days proved to be very successful and the 3 days over 3 months structure allowed the management team to take the learnings away and implement and then come back and discuss their successes and challenges. The objectives were delivered and the managers are now working cross-functionally with a much greater degree of understanding of each other’s style and impact.
