MY STORY​

​

Despite spending 15+ years building and developing a successful management career within the IT recruitment sector, I felt something

was missing, yet didn’t quite know what.

 

It took my own amazing Coach and a Tony Robbins event

(who is Marmite to some), for me to realise that I was not meeting

my own values and purpose in life.  This set me in motion to switch

my career in my mid 40’s and I took a huge, scary leap of faith.

 

Fast forward another decade+ and I am proud to design,

deliver and be present in the people development world,

working with amazing clients. I now live my values daily through

my work and am totally passionate about making

a difference with the clients I work with.

 

Gratitude, curiosity and kindness are fundamental

in how I show up and I thrive on helping others reach their potential

and discover their own greatness.

 

Here is to all that is possible when we take those unknown leaps of faith and live outside our comfort zone.  It’s where the magic happens.
